1. Introductory Provisions

1.1.

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer arising in connection with the purchase of gift vouchers through the online store operated on the website www.dragonscharm.cz.

1.3.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of gift vouchers to consumers.

1.4.

The purchase agreement is concluded in the Czech language.

2. Subject of Sale

2.1.

The subject of sale consists of gift vouchers offered in the seller's online store.

2.2.

The gift voucher entitles its holder to redeem the value stated on the voucher for any goods and services offered at Dragon's Charm Brno.

2.3.

The gift voucher is delivered electronically by e-mail to the address provided by the buyer in the order.

2.4.

The gift voucher is not a security or electronic money.

3. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

3.1.

All presentations of gift vouchers displayed in the online store are for informational purposes only.

3.2.

The buyer places an order through the order form available in the online store.

3.3.

Before submitting the order, the buyer is allowed to check and modify the entered information.

3.4.

The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order by e-mail sent to the buyer's e-mail address.

3.5.

The seller reserves the right not to accept an order, especially in the event of an obvious technical pricing error or unavailability of the service.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

4.1.

The prices of gift vouchers displayed in the online store include all applicable statutory fees and taxes.

4.2.

The buyer may pay the purchase price using the payment methods currently available in the online store at checkout.

4.3.

The purchase price is payable upon completion of the order unless stated otherwise in the online store interface.

4.4.

The gift voucher will be delivered after payment has been received or after successful payment confirmation.

5. Delivery of the Gift Voucher

5.1.

Gift vouchers are delivered exclusively electronically to the e-mail address provided by the buyer in the order.

5.2.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the correctness of the provided e-mail address. The seller shall not be liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrectly entered e-mail address.

5.3.

If the voucher is not delivered within a reasonable time after payment, the buyer is entitled to contact the seller at info@dragonscharm.cz.

6. Redemption of the Gift Voucher

6.1.

The gift voucher may be redeemed at:

Pánská 6, Brno

6.2.

The gift voucher may be used for all goods and services offered at Dragon's Charm Brno.

6.3.

The validity period of the gift voucher is 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise on the voucher.

6.4.

The gift voucher may only be redeemed once. Any unused balance is non-refundable.

6.5.

The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary compensation.

6.6.

After the expiration date, the voucher becomes invalid without any entitlement to compensation.

7. Withdrawal from the Agreement

7.1.

A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the delivery of the gift voucher.

7.2.

The right of withdrawal may only be exercised if the gift voucher has not been used, even partially.

7.3.

The withdrawal notice may be sent to info@dragonscharm.cz or in writing to the seller's registered office address.

7.4.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the seller shall refund the paid amount without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

8. Complaints and Claims

8.1.

The seller is responsible for ensuring that the delivered gift voucher is functional, contains correct information, and can be redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

8.2.

The buyer is entitled to make a complaint particularly in the following cases:

the voucher was not delivered,
the voucher contains incorrect information,
the voucher cannot be redeemed due to an error on the seller's side,
the voucher does not correspond to the ordered value.

8.3.

Complaints may be submitted via e-mail to info@dragonscharm.cz.

8.4.

The complaint should preferably include the buyer's full name, order number, description of the issue, and contact e-mail address.

8.5.

Complaints shall be resolved without undue delay, no later than 30 days from submission unless agreed otherwise between the seller and the buyer.

9. Personal Data Protection

9.1.

Information regarding the processing of personal data is provided in a separate Privacy Policy document published on the seller's website.

10. Alternative Dispute Resolution

10.1.

11. Final Provisions

11.1.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

11.2.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3.

The seller reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions. The version effective at the time of order submission shall apply to the buyer.

11.4.

These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of their publication on the seller's website.
